DoubleUp Community Guidelines

The DoubleUp Community Guidelines outline what is and isn't allowed on our platform. We have strict guidelines to ensure safety particularly because most of our users are under 18.

You can report members for violations here

Objectionable Content

Objectionable content is banned on DoubleUp. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, harassment, and explicit content.

Bullying and Harassment

Bullying and harassment incidents should be reported, and could result in the termination of a user's account. This includes, but is not limited to, any behaviour that is intended to intimidate, degrade, or offend an individual or group. This includes hate speech, derogatory comments, threats, or any other form of abusive behaviour. We take these matters seriously and will take appropriate action against any member who violates this policy.

Integrity

We require our tutors to confirm their identity, and we take every measure to verify their authentic qualifications. Additionally, we want to prevent inauthentic behaviours. This includes, but is not limited to using reporting systems to harass others, evading enforcement under our Community Guidelines, and revealing personal details to other clients.

Criminal Behavior

Any reported criminal behaviour on this platform will immediately result in a termination of a user's DoubleUp account. Online crime is detailed here
