At DoubleUp, we are on a mission to provide accessible and affordable tutoring services to families in the UK. We connect families with young and eager tutors from the top schools in the country, ensuring that they receive the best possible academic support. But we don't stop there. We believe that education is a basic human right, and that it should be accessible to all. That's why, for every lesson purchased with us, we provide a free lesson to a disadvantaged child, effectively doubling-up lessons. We are passionate about what we do, and we believe that our innovative approach to tutoring can make a real difference in the lives of children and families across the UK.

DoubleUp Paid

Prices vary for different tutors

DoubleUp Paid is a tutoring service that provides access to all tutors who are typically around £10 below the national average. Our tutors are young, empathetic, and have achieved top grades at GCSE and A Level, making them incredible academically and great role models for students. Additionally, our tutors have access to a huge library of educational resources, games, and worksheets to help students achieve their academic goals. Each paid lesson enables other students to have access to DoubleUp Reach, as DoubleUp is a nonprofit.

DoubleUp Reach

All lessons are free

2 lessons per week maximum

DoubleUp Reach enables select students to have access to DoubleUp completely for free. There are only two criteria to be a candidate for DoubleUp reach: students must come from a household with a monthly income of less than £3750, and they must speak B2 level English (unless studying English language). Our admissions process for DoubleUp Reach is case-sensitive, and prioritises students that need tutoring most.
Places in this program are limited, as each lesson is enabled by our paid platform.
